Stage II. Screening & Validation Process - May 11 through June 6, 2007

Each nominated agent will be screened against the licensing database at the Minnesota Department of Commerce to ensure the agent holds a valid real estate license and has had no previous enforcement actions.

Nominated agents passing the screening process are reviewed by a panel of twenty real estate industry experts selected to participate in the process based on their experience and knowledge of the real estate industry. Comments provided by panel members are be incorporated into the final score for each agent in order to arrive at the final list of Super Real Estate Agents. Safeguards are built into the panel’s review process to reduce the possibility of a panel member influencing the composition of the list as a result of his or her affiliation with any particular real estate brokerage.
